Thanks for booking your CBT course with MTS Sussex, we look forward to meeting you on the day.

VERY IMPORTANT: For your safety you must be able to communicate in English & have a basic knowledge of the highway code to complete any training with MTS. You must also wear appropriate clothing and footwear, without this you will be sent away and forfeit your training and fees. The list is non exhaustive but includes a minimum of jeans without holes, rips, tears, not shorts, skirts or track suits, and you must have sturdy footwear (ideally boots non steel toe cap, non fashion/high heel) not sandals, Crocs, deck shoes or similar, however sturdy trainers are acceptable if you do not have boots.

Here’s some things for your reference, please read them carefully as they may affect your training:


Burgess Hill Site 08.15am:
MTS Sussex, Triangle Way, Burgess Hill, West Sussex RH15 8WA.

ON SITE DIRECTIONS: As you turn into Triangle Way turn left at the mini roundabout which takes you into the leisure centre car park. Carry on ahead at the next roundabout by reception and we are in the ‘ADDITIONAL PARKING’ car park on the left opposite the leisure centre building (you will see a bright yellow height barrier at the entrance). You can park in the main car park and walk through to us in the overflow car park.


WE MEET AT 08.15: There is a great deal to complete on the day which means we are unable to include late arrivals.

There is customer parking, however please note parking is completely at your own risk and neither vehicles nor contents are the responsibility of MTS or the leisure centre.

DOCUMENTS: (*if applicable).

Please bring your photo card licence. If you have an original style without the photo card, please use the following link to access the government website: and follow the instructions using the share code they give you to print out a copy of entitlement. It is very important to bring this with you as unfortunately we are unable to access or print it on your behalf.  Your licence should display either category A, AM, P or Q. If it doesn’t display the correct category please contact the DVLA.
If using your own bike please bring proof of your insurance, tax & MOT* & current / last CBT certificate* (we can’t accept emailed copies.) Your bike must be roadworthy, taxed and display L-plates front and rear

Please bring lunch/money with you as we will be stopping for a lunch break. There is a Costa on site.

We can supply a helmet, jacket, gloves and waterproof over- trousers, however, due to hygiene you must wear your own ‘suitable’ footwear. Motorbike boots of course are perfect, but walking boots, DM’s or similar (please avoid steel toe caps,) sturdy shoes or at the very least trainers are acceptable. Deck shoes, plimsoles, sandals etc are not acceptable so please do not expect to be allowed to wear them.
VERY IMPORTANT:  Remember by booking, you have agreed to adhere to the T’s & C’s.
